JUNE 2005

June 5th - Aidan had his piano recital today, all done up in his 'bag of fruit'.  Aidan and his friend Tommy, whose parents are from Singapore.  He played brilliantly and was very happy.  Photo with his sensei, Mrs. Sugahara.  Aidan loved getting the flowers.

June 11th - Big night out with Mike and his wife!  Plenty of raw seafood, the yellow one is Sea Urchin, followed by plenty of Japanese Shochu, the ceramic bottles on the bar all contain different varieties and strengths.  The one made from a poisonous snake was pretty good!  The next morning it was not so good...

June 17th - The Magic of DISNEYLAND

June 18th - Dress up time!

June 19th - Hakone

This is meant to be where you can see Mt.Fuji, but we had a white-out and couldn't see a thing.  The Cedars were planted by the Shogun a thousand years ago, went on the replica ship and cable car.  The eggs are cooked in the volcanic sulphuric water and are black.

June 27th - DISNEYSEA

June 28th - Sayonara to Aidan's piano teacher, Mrs.Sugohara and his friend Tommy.
